The speed controller you have is the GWS ICS300/F Speed Control 8A. Did you read the directions for it, and are you sure you are arming it correctly? I think you have to plug it all in, and then hold full throttle for three seconds and when it beeps, it is ready. The instructions should tell you about this. If it still doesn't work after doing that, reverse the throttle and try it again.

I've noticed several people in this thread say they've abandoned the stock pushrods, hardware, etc....Can somebody that has done this but still has the parts tree PM me about sending me a few of the 'z-bend clevises'? I think they're labeled 'A1' on the parts tree. I broke 3 of them, and I they only include 2 extra.

Just get some metal pushrods and make some Z bends and forget about it.

Maidened her today! exciting! even thought the pack was way to heavy and the center of gravity was off and it did only hover on full. the landing gear is to weak to take off on it. I cant wait for the rim fire. thanks for the help guys!

Yeah, the landing gear is pointless. Just trim it off.

Did you notice Tower has the reflection on sale. You should order a backup.

I have a simple fix for the landing gear, i seen some people glueing small cf rods about halfway down each leg of the gear, then putting a rubber band around it. I tried this but it still doesnt keep the supports from going back through the lower wing on rough landings. What I did was take a small zip tie and were the cf rod goes through the lower wing, wrap the zip tie around the cf rod on top of the wing, and then around the cf rod where it comes out the bottom. This keeps the cf rod from busting out the wing.

I just took the landing gear off. I made small foam pads to protect the servo and the wing. Works great for landing in grass.

i already have the top half of the vert fuse section built and ive already cut that tab off to mount my stock motor, will it be possible to upgrade to the rimfire or other firewall type brushless motors later with this setup. has anyone tried confining their reflection to indoor only, im curious how it holds up like that.
