If AFP is good enough for TOC pilots, it's good enough for me ! Don't leave home without it.....

[8D]Hi people

[color=blue]Hello 3D beginners and experts.

How are you? I'm well, thank you.

[8D]After seeing AFP videos, reading posts (Is it correct? Or I should say: After having seen AFP videos, read posts?), using Real Flight, I've arrived to this conclusion: AFP and Real Flight are good in the same way. The one is a little better for a thing, the other is a little better for another thing. Like planes however, no one is perfect.

I downloaded these three planes:

1 - Custom Edge 540 [link]http://www.bestrc.com/hobbies-bin/rfaircraftread.pl?&page=3[/link]

2 - Carl Golberg Extreme 330 Profile [link]http://www.bestrc.com/hobbies-bin/rfaircraftread.pl?&page=4[/link] I suggest to download also the finest "trim scheme" of this plane. How have you to do? Download the plane and trim scheme (at the bottom on the right) on your desktop, then double left click on the icons. Run Real Flight, choose C.G. Extreme 330, make a copy, edit the copy choosing trim scheme not "regular" but "C.G. Extreme 330". Then click "Reload" (under the picture of the plane).

3 - Thunder Tiger G-200 [link]http://www.bestrc.com/hobbies-bin/rfaircraftread.pl?&page=9[/link] Download also the finest "trim scheme" of this plane.

Edge 540 is easy to hover and torque roll, Extreme is more difficult, T. T. G-200 is more and more difficult.

With these three planes I have understood that Real Flight is good as AFP or perhaps more good.

Bye bye

Vittorio from Italy[sm=sunsmiley.gif]a beautiful country.

going back to old habits vitorio. AFP is better, its well worth the cash

dion, seen the corsair! brilliant innit. i like the wings that fold up! tho its annoying co its mixed in with my U/C so i have to get to take off power with the wings folded, then when its going fast enough i flick th U/C swith and the wings fold down ehough to take off before the prop hits the ground

set your folding wings as keypad button 1 and sliding canopy as keypad button 2!

it's awesome ... i'll get some pics up here. i'm not a warbird flyer, but this thing flies perfectly .... stalls out just like the real thing.

[8D]Ciao gente

Ciao

[color=green]Vittorio dall'Italia[sm=sunsmiley.gif]un bel paese.

[8D]Hi people

[&:]I've just said Real Flight is very good, but when I see such things I change my idea.

[:@]I have downloaded Cap 232 Double Sized [link]http://www.bestrc.com/hobbies-bin/rfaircraftread.pl?&page=3[/link] but it's very much more most unreal:

Wingspan: 120" = 3 meters, wow! WEIGHT: 2 lbs = 1 kg, wow, very ridiculous.
Fuselage: 108" WEIGHT: 6,20 lbs = 3 kg, wow, very very ridiculous.

[:@]Also a suchling can hover and torque roll it. I don't understand these things. It seems that such people can't see the difference between good things and craps.

Those are some light planes you got there. Helium I suppose, or plane shaped airships.

Ive flown a 90 size Corsair, this flys just like it. Not the easiset bird to fly. Been flying 3D too much, forgot how much warbirds are just not forgiving as most my 3D's. Kudos to the designer of this plane, he didn't miss much that's for sure.

[8D]Hi people

[:@]There is always too much wind at the field. My Magic dances for joy and my thumbs too while I try to hold it fix in place.

[&:]Spring weather. Beautiful, you don't sweat, but I must work very hard and sweat more to learn hovering and torque roll in this condition.

I'd like to win a lottery, I could get a large plane of 40 lbs. It would be easier to hover and indifferent to wind.

REAL FLIGHT or AEROFLY PROFESSIONAL?

[&:]Why are you always few to answer? Mistery.

[&:]REAL FLIGHT or AEROFLY PROFESSIONAL?

[&:]If you have no opinion about this simple question, WHY HAVE YOU GONE TO IRAQ though Saddam had no one A-bomb? You knew this simple truth, you have a lot of spy-satellites.

Am I going out of the topic? I'm forced to do it because you don't answer my questions. If no one says anything, the topic dies.

The answer is simple, my friend. Not everyone here uses simulators. If you want a lot of responses, then go to the simulator forums. Everyone on that forum is into simulators. See how easy that was? Joe

Ciao ancora Legnano.

Ringraziarlo, D Cini

Italian Flyer is right.

Did you hear Sean Penn, the producer of "The assassination of Richard Nixon"? He said Bush was wrong going to Iraq.

I think so too. He created only chaos, a great chaos. Interests on petroleum? No, otherwise it wouldn't cost 41$ a barrel.

Useless and stupid war.

Patrick, I agree, war is usless. Stupidity can only be applied when something is capable of thought, leaving war exempt, applying only to the ones making the decisions. The reasons for this war are still unclear and may never be fully known. As far as collecting opinions and determining the realistic value they posess, I will put my money on the well educated, yet not unfallable leaders of this nation, as opposed to a high school educated actor. Unfortunatly we are not at the movies, this is real. Thanks for listening. Joe

[8D]Hi people

I think it's less boring talking in this forum like in a coffee house about our hobby, or sport [sm=thumbup.gif](Ferrari Racing Cars: 1° and 2° WINNERS) and world in general.

Do you agree, 3D beginners and experts?

Dion Cini, chief of OMP, said you can see a lot of G2 on "ebay" because many people are not satisfacted of this simulator.

What do you think about?

FMS gets beaten up and attacked randomly. Trust me, any comercial sim is better than FMS, FMS is waaaaaaaay too unrealistic. The planes fly like they are underwater or something and they must weigh tonnes because they never stop rolling when you let go of the sticks. And BOY do those engines have some crazy torque...A .46 on FMS might turn a 33x10 at 10,000
