To get that video to work, right click and save it to your computer. Then you can open it up in windows media player and it works just fine.

Chattanooga Fly -in
Yup the first Chattanooga invitational 3D fly-in was great! Good food, great pilots, and a well run show! It was great to meet all you guys from RC Universe as well. I was going to post some pictures but Bobs are excellent compared to what I have to show. (he took in all the sights)<G>Thanks Bob! Will be going next year hopefully with a digital video camera next time.
My thanks go out to Blaine Austin for the helpful info and to Owen Maupin and hes club for a job well done!!

Thanks to Owen and his club for a class A event, the food was good, the people were great and the turnout was unbelievable for a first time event.....wish we could have had more time to answer questions..maybe next time....Thanks to Matlok and Bob_nj for posting pics of the new edge..wondered how well the color scheme would show up....thats my son spotting for me....hate I did'nt get to meet you guys..we'll have to do it again soon............Joey Hamilton

I would like to thank Owen for putting on a first class program. The Chattanoogna club and people certainly made the pilots feel welcome. Hope to be there next year (without the splat!)

Hey Folks, I've not been able to get on RCU till tonight. Don't know what the problem was. Anyway, I want to express my deepest appreciation to all of you (Pilots & Spectators) for your wonderful support of this really fun event. I had a ball. The flying was all out!!! No one held back. It was just absolutely a blast!!! Thank you all for your posts of support. This will be an annual event.
To the pilots: You guys are the best, THANKS!!!!
To the spectators: Your the reason we had it,THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fly-in date next year
Next years event will be around the same time. I'm going to talk to the folks over at Triple Tree and see if one of us can move our event date one week up or down so we're not on the weekend. I'll post the dates as soon as I have them. Thanks folks.

BTW, thanks for putting on an excellent fly-in! I really enjoyed watching you and everyone else fly, and I can't wait until next year! You think 'yall will be at your new flying site at the landfill by then? It sounds like a great site.

Thanks Matloc. I have a 5 meg limit on e-mail opened downloads so please send me what you have one at a time that under 5 meg. Yes we will be at our new site next year. If all goes well we will be paving the 700x25 runway at the end of this month. We will sow the grass runway, (about the same size) the end of next month. Next year will be awesome! See ya there!!

Good luck with the new site and runways, that aint no small job! But the way your club members come together to get things done, It should be a piece o cake! Thanks so much for a great show last weekend. Me and my boys were so pumped during and after Mike and Blaines tandem routine, It was unreal.(I guess we have been sheltered at our RC field) Now both my boys are showing interest in flying RC once again and for that I thank you and your club members!
We will see you next year at the new site.
