Mr. Moorman has an article in the Jan 2002 issue of R/C Report on executing a manuever he's labled the "Scrambler". He claims credit for naming it, and who am I to disagree, so that's what I'm going to call it too.

I don't enjoy flying in the cold, so flying has been postponed til spring for me. I would really like to get out and attempt the scrambler, but will have to wait I guess. It reads like it would be a lot of fun to do.

Anyone with experience flying the scrambler? How do you do it? What airplane have you used?

I'm not familiar with that one. Whats it supposed to look like?

Ed explains it as a cartwheel type maneuver. It is performed like the lomcevak in that you start with one set of controls, then reverse one of them.

INSTRUCTION:
Hold full left rudder, full throttle, full down elevator, full left aileron until the plane goes around about a turn and a half.

Then slide the aileron stick over to the full right aileron position.

The aiplane should cartwheel for a turn or two.
