Default Menace Flat Spins

I have been flying my new Menace the past two days--must have 15 to 18 flights on it now. I really enjoy it; it snaps very fast, spins great, seems to want to hover (I am teaching myself how), and generally flies great, but I have one question. When I do a flat spin (upright or inverted), it seems to do larger lazy turns rather than tight turns as I expected. Sort of floats like a butterfly more than buzzing like a bee, if you know what I mean. What do you experienced 3-D flyers have to say about this, and is there a cure? There are no 3-D flyers in my club to ask.

By the way, I am using a TT36 engine. Any recommendations for prop size?

Maybe not enough throttle or rudder. How many degrees of throw does your rudder have? You generally want at least 40, mine is around 50 - 55.

Is your plane staying flat or is the nose pointed slightly downward?
CG will also play a part in it too if it is too far forward.
