I have heard of people using the stock mount, although you might have to modify it a bit so the round can fits in the hole that has flat sides. The GWS tail holder isn't too much money either, so you could get that and if the stock tail doesn't work, then you could go to the work to change it out.
Also here is a post I wrote up about the comparision of the different tail options if you're looking for something like that. I can't remember if I included brushless setup, but there is that also, it's just quite heavy.
