I have just ordered a blade cp pro and have heard about numerous problems with the tail motor. I realize that i can either upgrade to dual motors or the gws dd system. But i would like to know if the gws dd motor would fit in the stock motor mount. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks[8D]

I have heard of people using the stock mount, although you might have to modify it a bit so the round can fits in the hole that has flat sides. The GWS tail holder isn't too much money either, so you could get that and if the stock tail doesn't work, then you could go to the work to change it out.
Also here is a post I wrote up about the comparision of the different tail options if you're looking for something like that. I can't remember if I included brushless setup, but there is that also, it's just quite heavy. http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/fb.asp?m=5553620

Check out May issue of RC Heli magazine. There's an artical on up gradeing the Blade CP Pro and he uses the GWS EDP-50XC tail motor & 3-2 prop on the tail and it fits right up to the original tail mount. Good luck with yours!
