Check your radio "trim"knob,if it's working when ya have the switch reversed.. (you may have it trimmed too far in one direction?)

There was also a post a while back about a transmission problem in (i think) a Volcano S30.. If you find that post, you may find the cause of your issue? I think they had a similar problem and it was due to one of the shafts sliding off to the side or something? I"ll see if I can find a link real quick.. Here it is..About half way down there's a picture of the tranny in question..
