This is a great plane and you you love it. There are several links on this. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and put "Dragon Lady" in the search box. You will get a ton of information.

A very good flyer with the same traits as the Sig 4 Star series.
I wanted a different look, so I covered the open cockpit. It has an Enya 80 2c.
Don't think you'd be sorry with this one.

Good solid airplane! I bought one 3 years ago when they were a ARC (almost ready to cover) and put a OS 108 2c up front. It flys with authority!! I found the plane easy to put together and it flys great.

I think it should be noted that the Dragon Lady .60 isn't really a .60 size airplane. More like a .80 to 1.00 2c or a 1.00 to 1.20 4c. It's a good size airplane and needs a strong engine. But it really do fly nice!!!

I own two of them-one is in the box-the other is flying great with a 120os fourstroke-easy to fly and land-alot of fun-it is my primary flyer now-the only thing I do not like about it is the covering-it takes a blowtorch to shrink it-material appears to be a pvc plastic-but the covering is very durable-ran mine out of fuel last weekend during a wide open pass-ran out of runway and flew between the strands of barbwire fence-one small cut in wing tip-it flew with that 3 inch cut all day with no tape and did not grow-pretty amazing

My combo was the 60 Lady with a Super Tigre 1.41ci 2 stroker swinging a 18x6-10. This was an awesome flyer until a buddy crashed it. (sold it to him...cheap)
I now have a NIB Lady and a ST 1.37 waiting....maybe before summer....
You can throw a lot of motor at her, and she loves it. Mine was a tad heavy due to the big block, however, she still floated in nicely.
A great all-around plane, and would probably be the plane I would own, if I could only have one.

You guys are starting to scare me. Ten yrs ago, this would have been a 50 to 60 size plane. Maybe that pilot wasn't joking when he put a ZDZ 60 on the 4 Star 60.

tee pee,
with the st 90 how much did you have to cut away from the cowl? i don't like cutting cowls to much. i'm try'in to find a good scale looking plane with moderate aerobatic abilities for my 90. the 90 was in a super skybolt that had a massive flutter which broke the top wing in half and basicly flew its self in the ground. was a 10 on the crash scale.

This airplane is very similar to the Model Tech Joss Stick. Actually, the only difference is the wing is on the bottom and they added a cowl. Having said that, the Joss Stick is close to 10 pounds. That definitely puts it outside of the the normal 60-size airplane.
I first ran a Magnum XL 1.20 2-stroke on my Joss Stick ARC. It was a perfect match for the plane but the engine was a lemon -- turned me into a deadstick king. I pulled the Magnum and install an OS BX-1 (1.08) -- marriage made in heaven.

Only got 3 flights on mine. My hot shot son was torque rolling at about 60 feet when the motor quit. Knocked main gear off and they went through the wing. Two nice big holes and one busted traing edge and aileron. Think it can be fixed easy enough. Someone compared it to a 4*60 on here. I have a 4*60 I fly alot and anything the 4* can do the Dragon Lady does 1000% better. Kind of like comparing a Stearman to a Pitts Special. The Dragon Lady is the perfect plane if someone wants the scale aerobatic looks but are leary of the unforgiving nature of an Extra300 or a Cap. On my first 3 flights (and only flights) It performed the 2004 IMAC Basic routine very easily. Mine has an OS120FS. Perfect motor for pulling big loops and other large maneuvers. Enough soap box.......I have to get back to fixing that wing. Probably should make the teenager who broke it fix it.
