I just had to pass this along. I had a problem that was not Sigs fault. These people are phenomenal ! They do not try to stick it to you on the price for replacement parts, they answer your e-mail and return your calls in a very timely manner, they act like they really care. They answer the phone at 07:30am in the mornings and act like they are there to serve you and not the other way around. They were interested in the problem and how to resolve it. In my opinion, this is one great company to deal with. They act like they are also hobbyist.

I agree with you they are very good people to deal with and take the extra time to help you out. Heck when I call and ask about a technical question I get to talk to the designer of the airplane. Try that with most other company's !!

Ive heard the same, Glad to see Sig is still a class act and is helping modelers instead of just trying to make a buck off of us. Companies like Sig make me feel good about spending my money.

I have to agree with you guys. When I maidend my 1/4 Suhkio ARF it lost an axle in flight. The nut stayed on the gear but the axle fell out. I asked for the ply and covering and new wheels to fix it. The man offered a new fuse and all the parts I wanted. I settled for what i asked for and did the repairs. It was so refreshing to be offered more than I asked for. He even sent a new cowl as a bonus.

I have to agree with all the positive comments above. I will be a VERY devoted SIG customer for life due to the outstanding service I have received from them, and the absolute great quality of their products.

Glad to get all the good replies, You don't read a lot about Sig, I reckon it's like the old saying goes, Do it right, -No one complanes, do it wrong- the whole world will hear about it. I know they have made a life long customer out of me.

Given the choice between Sig and brand X, I would choose Sig every time. They are a model that other manufacturers should emulate. Of all the RC companies I have dealt with in the last 25 years, Sig has the best customer service, hands down. The quality of their kits and arfs is superb, as well.

Include me in the positive experience category
Bought a second hand (but still new in box) Sig Extra 300xs kit and since I know the owner and share a club field with him, never really looked closely at the contents "UNTIL" I got it home [&o] only to find out some bad news.
Seems that it is a fairly early kit, and has not been stored packed very well, there are many spiderweb cracks in the paint of the cowl, and the cockpit deck is broken junk, and lastly, the tail fairing was stored under the fuse or cowl and is distorted beyond repair.
Anyway, called Sig and spoke with a VERY friendly lady, admitting to her what a DOPE I was for not looking closely BEFORE buying, and she took pitty on me with a bit of a deal and ate the shipping
on the three new parts wich were in stock ! !.
That may not seem like alot to some, but this was certainly not their fault so she could have just slammed me (verbally and monetarily) but instead took a very compassionate direction and helped me out.
This is my first Sig project, but with that kind of service, Won't be the last
