Default P-51

I am new to flying planes and i am looking at the planes P-51, Spitfire, and P-40. Which is the better plane for skill Wise, since I just started

I would have to say in the .40 to .60 size the P-47 is the best to fly, most of the P-51s and Spitfires are heavy and have high wing loading. The P-40 might be ok, I would get some taildragger stick time first on some type of aerobatic plane, most must learn to walk before the run, be patient young Jedi

How long have you been flying your trainer? Have you ever flown a low wing tail dragger before? If you have never flown a low wing tail dragger, you might want to pick one up to practice for at least a couple of months before jumping into warbirds. When you are proficient at taking off, flying, and landing a low wing sport plane, then it's time to take a look at a P-51, Spitfire, or P-40.
