World Models ARTF !!!!!!!

My Feedback: (16)
I have had two Four Star ARFs and they were (are) both made by World Models. The plane flies great but it goes together along the same lines as the people earlier in the thread who had problem World Model kits.
Could be World Models subcontracted the order? Sig is not what they used to be either? Maybe it's their fault?
I was just reporting what I saw.
Enjoy,
Jim

All the hardware in the Sig Four Star box had The World Models Co. (or "WM" ) written all over it.
I've put couple Hanger 9 ARFs together and they were made by the Super Model Company. That name is written on all the hardware in the ARFs... I doubt if all H9 ARFs are made by Super though. I put a Hobbico Hobbistar 60 togther and it was made by Super Model Co.
My point is that a lot of the US popular brand ARFs are made by popular ARF makers from the Orient area.
Enjoy,
Jim

absolutely! well i have had some kits that say dubro on the hardware and the ARF is far from being from dubro. although i must admit that if the hardware said world models on it, i, too, would believe that they had made it. anyway, i am still a very big fan of world models and am surprised that if in fact your plane is from them, they would not have the same level of quality that i've come to know and love at world models.
funny thing is that i'm looking for a 40 class cub to put a 60 twin in and i'm debating whether to buy WM only because they already have the hole predrilled and blind nuts attached. i must admit that i didn't have such a great time switching my matrix from 8 o'clock mounting to sidewinder. too much done can also not be good!!!
