I just had to post my recent experience with Vector Flight customer service.
Last Sunday I was starting to work on the fuselage of my VF Extra 300S. I had carved and sanded a filler block for the area between the horizontal and verticle stabilizer, and was about to start mounting the Sullivan tail wheel. At this point I found a problem with the fuselage that wouldn't let me continue working on it.
At 1:22AM on Sunday I sent an e-mail explaining my problem, and asking if V/F could help me out. At 1:50AM Sunday I received an e-mail back from Vector Flight apologizing for the problem that I had with their product, and that they would send out a replacement fuselage ASAP.
I don't think that there are many companies that you could get a reply and have the problem resolved on a Sunday afternoon in just over an hour.
I would just as soon not have had the problem at all, but it is nice to know if there is a problem with a Vector Flight product, you will be taken care of.

The last Plane I ordered was a VectorFlight, and the next Plane I order will be a VectorFlight. Just an absolutely amazing Product, and a Great Company to deal with. I have ordered from many different Companies, and none has shown the level of after the sale Customer Service that VF does. I hope as they grow that they can continue to remember what it is that makes them great! Even Companies like Tower Hobbies, who also have pretty good Customer Service, and with whom I have spent many new car payments with can not communicate with their Customers like VF can. Mass Mailings, and an occasional General info page is about the best they can do. With Tower it is just a Business Transaction, because they are frankly just to big to get to know who their Customers are, but with VectorFlight it almost seems like it is personal to them. You can almost invision them cristening each one of their Planes with a bottle of wine before it goes out the door.

I already have plans for a second Extra66 as soon as my current one is finished... Always seems to be some "wish I had done this things" with every plane...

Things like a YS 110... They weren't available when I started this one... I am putting a .91 4s in this one... Have to see how it flys etc...
