For something along the scale lines I'd prefer the Long EZ or one of its variants in a .60 or .90 size. For an aerobatic model I'd prefer a .60 size Yak 54 - but I think they should expand their line a bit and do something other than aerobatic planes. Definately stay away from doing a Cub - I have one myself and do like them but it just isn't good business sense.
I definitely agree with the thought of doing something no other manufacturer is doing. If I can think of any complaint about their current lineup it is that the choices have all been covered by other manufacturers.
Another option would be to update some of their current offerings so they are more 3D capable - may as well cash in on the craze.

Yep! A Staggerwing ARF .60 to .90 size with functional, high quality retracts and suspension, and plug in wings!!

There's my vote! Heck, I'd even go for a 1.20 size! Who could resist???

Lets heren it for the luscombes. One of the greatest and good looking planes, with a decent history. Why is it they are so hard to find. I'd jump on the chance to get one.

A Biplane....that's what they need....
It would "Round Out" their lineup quite nicely!
With their reputation for QUALITY..it would be a sleeper!
My 2 cents rounded to the nearest Nickle!

Oh....and I was just wondering...
I laid my H9 Miss America to rest yesterday.....so I'm down to one plane in the hangar that's flyable...
what is the usual delivery time for an Edge 540 66" now-a-days....
I'm not in a hurry...If waiting means I get all the latest and greatest enhancements....I'll wait!

I think they could do up a nice 50cc class 3D ship.. Not an Edg, Extra, or heaven forbid a Yak.. But maybe a Sukhoi, Cap 232, or DR 109.. The only think is, I would want nice fiberglass cowls and pants.

by the looks of the quality of their planes and especially at the price, they could build any model, even the dreaded cub,p51 or a high winger, they would severely impact the sales of all the other suppliers of these same models. i say : "if they build it, we will buy it"

Yup Larry,,,, Kangoroony speaks the truth. I ordered mine last year around the turkey eating time and it was a bit longer wait.
But like he said ,,, "

IMO they really are worth the little wait to recieve a Plane that doesn't look like it was just throwed together
