I tapped mine just above the cross brace in the back plate. Others have had good luck drilling out one of the backplate screws and installing the tap in the old hole. I think the backplate screw option is better because it's hard to get a wrench or a pair of pliers on the tap where I mounted mine.

I have the Ultimate with a YS 140FZ. It flys great and I have had no problems with the supplied hinges going on 2 years now. It's a great flyer. i too take mine to the field in one piece. I am thinking of getting the 40 size for a smaller plane, I am flying the Shoestring for now for my smaller one.

Wow is the word for the BP with the OS-160 on her t-roll power is great! Gas mileage seems pretty good to. i can spin 18 x 6 prop with ease. I went with a bigger battery on the servos so i now weigh 12 7/8 lbs with the OS. I am toward the rear of the CG and i still dive some on the inverted lines? Has anyone went far enough back to fly hands off inverted. How about right thrust as mine neeeds more now? talk at you all soon ....

Good info, thanks. I'd like to see the feild I'll be planning to make the move in late May. I'll be here on r/c universe to stay in touch until then.... it's back to soldering the last of the servo wires for the ultimate. Hope to finish it this week and fire the Moki up this weekend.
