HAS ANYONE FLOWN THE TT G-202 140?

I AM CURRENTLY BUILDING ONE AND HAVE FOUND SOME ODDITIES.

1- THE HOZ. STAB IS TWO PC. ON CARBON TUBES THE STAB FITS THE TUBES AND THE FUSE FINE BUT HAS 1/4" SWEEP BACK.

2- THE WING JOINER IS 4 - 1/8" PLYWOOD PLATES LAMINATED TO FORM ONE (NORMAL) BUT THE JOINER IS 4" TO LONG, THE SOCKETS IN THE WINGS ARE 2" TO SHALLOW TO EXCEPT THE JOINER.

3- THE PLASTIC COCKPIT IS AT BEST HALF @$$ED GLUED ON.

4- THE BELLY PAN ON MINE IS CUT TO DEEP AT THE BACK AND FITS VERY POOR.

5- THE PAINT ON COWL IS DRY AND FULL OF FISH EYES (RED ONLY)

I AM IN NO WAY BASHING THUNDER TIGER. I JUST RECENTLY BUILT THEIR STAUDACHER AND IT WAS A #1 AND THERE 40 SIZE GILES WAS FINE ALSO, BUT WHEN I CONTACTED ACE WITH THESE ISSUES I WAS LESS THAN SATISFIED WITH THE ANSWERS AND THE MANNER IN WHICH IS WAS GIVEN TO ME.

It is supposed to be like that.

They aren't too shallow. the piece of wood blocking you is a bit of balsa former in the way. You can break through it with a long screwdriver.

Mine was exactly like yours. Had to reglue it on

Trim the b/p at the from with a dremel tool to make it fit smoothly.

Never had this problem. Ask ace for a replacement
