Default setup problem on slowstik

Hey guys. I was wondering how to set up my atlas black 20 amp esc to my polyquest 20 2cell 800 mah battery to charge on the thunderpower li-poly charger (http://www.hobby-lobby.com/chargers_lipoly.htm) with a jst connector on the charger. Would I put JST connetors on the esc in place of 3.5 bullet connectors? Also would I put a JST on my battery?

I use Deans T-style connectors. Put a male end on your charger and one on your ESC. Put the female end on the battery. Always use the female side for the battery, and make sure the solder connections are protected by heat shrink tubing.

You'll need 2 sets in order to get both male connectors.

does your charger have the balance charge plug? I like the Deans connectors as well no problems with them od solid connections. As stated above, always put the female connector on the battery side. The bullet connectors go from the motor to the speed control. are you going brushless with your set up? On your battery charge with the ballancing jack and not with the power jack. you battery will not last long the other way. I learned that the hard way.
