Setting cg on a low wing plane

RE: Setting cg on a low wing plane
CG will not change when inverted. CG is CG. It is just sometimes easier to balance the low wing plane inverted because more of the mass is below the balance points. I balance both ways for CG, whichever is easier given the size and shape of what I'm balancing. Lateral balancing I always do right side up because it is easier to hold the tail.

RE: Setting cg on a low wing plane
I balanced my Kaos both inverted and level and I could not see a difference. As mentioned above Lateral balance was done level and made a big difference in flight.

Thanks! Yea, It holds its setting much better canapy down. Up, and it stays down on the tail or nose depending on which I push down......871
