How about 2 out of 3? No ARF's, but electric and reasonably priced. Quick and easy to build too. Look at the PT Profile here: www.flyingbalsa.com

Yep, 2 out of 3 is the best you're going to get. The Autogyro Company of Arizona makes a really nice ARF, electric called the Scamp. It's based on the Sig Rascal and even comes with the wing to switch from autogyro to plane. The only problem is, at $369 it definitely it fails your third criteria--at least in my opinion. I would personally love to have one, but not at that price!

Hi,
You could also buy the Sig Rascal ARF for about $110 and build your own pylon and rotor.
