Default Tx lipo problem

When using a 3s 1600mAh battery in the Tx the Rx loses connection and sends the ESC/Motor into warm up mode. it also happens when the stick on the radio is just slightly bumped or when I retract the flaps. Did I damage the radio by switching to Lipo? The item description said they were OK to use in my brand of radio. Any Help?

I was using a 4s battery on the Rx side for the ESC/Motor/Servos and apparently it was to much. The problem went away as soon as I switched back to a 3s 11.1v. The small mini servos I'm using for aileron's must be incompatible. I was stumped actually, the esc says it's rated to 4s and the servos should get the same 2A must be leakage.
