This can be an advantage or a disadvantage. MAS props do flex more than APC which means maybe they don't break as easy from ground strikes. The fact that the MAS props flex a little allows the pitch to drop slightly under a load. So lets say you are using a MAS 11x6 in a hard climb at full throttle, the prop will flex some and actually give you performance closer to that of an 11x5. Then when you level back out, the prop will flex back to higher pitch.
If that's what you want, that's great. Personally I prefer APC props on most of my planes because they don't flex and pitch remains more constant. Exceptions to that are the two Avistar's that I use for training folks, and my Somethin Extra, which I do some limited 3D with.

Update of my flight today.
I flew my Strega with APC 11X5 prop, I did feel a very little difference at the take off, I felt a little bit more thrust in it but haven't tried 11X4 on it. I ran my motor rich and during the flight, I felt it did little bit bog down, as I went to flying field after 3PM as I had always been morning flier but somehow I've started going late. Anyway, I could not probe into my motor's bogging while flying only one time, but I felt the plane flew well, and speed wise it was as same as on 11X7.
I did get to fly it on half throttle
due to wind somehow my plane does flutter and did flutter while in the air, but little less than half throttle, I was flying little low and I did feel that this time I need to push throttle gimbal little forward otherwise my plane was coming down to the ground, but that's again the throttle setting. I still feel that I need a little more tweaking to my motor, and I think I have opened my needle lil bit more than 3 turns, I got the sound of the engine, which I wanted it to run, it runs smooth and I enjoyed half throttle during my 3 flights. I'm gonna make some changes on my high speed needle and update you guys. I think my engine got much more rich. As a gallon of 10% Nitro fuel is $21+, one of a very experienced flier who flies big gassers and sometimes electric that 10 to 20 years ago, he used to use 30% Nitro fuel, he said motor runs good and keeps it cool. As I also read that for motors like .46 to .91 2 Stroke. 10% Nitro fuel is good how about going to 15% from 10%, but I gotta say that the prices of the Nitro fuel is really deriding.[:@]

It's no doubt a good plane, It flies good, but as it's smaller than Mustang, either I feel it or somewhat due to winds, it flutters sometimes, again I think it's wind.

I absolutely loved my new Mustang crashed[&o] I loved Strega, 2 flights crashed[&o] but this Strega flies good and I'm flying it more safely and carefully.

Lol, that's good. I love playing guitar as well, just basic guitar I have, can play power chords and some basic chords.
It cannot be 10 it has to be 11 so, this is how I have to use my throttle gimbal at 11 lol.

It would really help you to invest in a tach. With some experience you can get close by ear, but a tach is the way to get the most out of your engine without hurting it. Use the tach to find your max RPM, then richen up till you lose 300 to 400rpm. You'll be amazed how much better throttle response you get when you are tuned properly. This is the tach I use.

I've been thinking about to buy a Tach for a long time, but every time I wanna buy it something else comes along. It's in my list to buy one
Thanks for the suggestion and you are right, with the right rpm, I can better setup my motor. Lately temperature has gone down a lot in TX and it's also making motors gone cranky on top of that this weekend we have 40% and 60% more of less chances of showers and thunder. Let's see if I can squeeze few hours of flying before it showers.
