Hello and thank you in advance for all of your help.
I have a beginner question:
Before relocating my friend gave me his collection of flight equipment, (I think his wife had something to do with it....laughs) and I have a flight box made by Hobbico. I tried to turn the prop of the plane in the photo with the starter and it doesn't spin. I removed the Glow plug and it spun fine with no rubbing. Is there a reason why this is doing that? Any help would be appreciated.
PS I also charged the battery fully.

Pull the rubber insert from the starter motor. Check the nut that holds the drive hub on to make sure it's tight. Snug it up good after applying a dab of Loctite. ( My Hobbico takes a 10mm socket ) Also you might try using your car battery to see if that will spin the engine. This will tell you if your flight box battery is bad.

No,
I haven't taken it out on the field yet to start it up. I wanted to check and charge everything before I go out on the field.

After charging the battery for a few more hours I attempted to try it again and it spins the prop slightly. It's probably the battery that needs to be charged a little more. Thanks folks for your help.

As DBCherry has said, Make sure your battery is fully charged..
If it still will not turn it, Your starter may be shot and you may
need another..
