Hello all!

Someone have already used (or saw) a Ultimate powered by a 3w24i?

What do you think? Is it possible? Is it a good option?

Tanks.

That would be a lot of extra weight in the nose. I built mine with a saito 1.25 which weighs around 1.5 lbs. with the muffler. I think the 3W weighs in around 3 lbs which would probably require a lot of weight in the tail.
I'm guessing your overall weight would come in around 11 lbs. which would be a bit heavy for the airframe in my opinion.

I would be curious to see how it turned out if someone did do it.
