what will i gain if i go from the 11 to the 10 if anything ? thanks for the help. spooner

Engine RPM. Whether or not that transfers to better performance depends on which engine it is attached to and what plane the engine is bolted to.

oh sorry its the hanger9 alpha with the evu .46 .. air speed should stay the same?

If your .46 has good power then you may lose a little airspeed because you would be underpropping the engine. Whether or not you would notice it is doubtful, but you might notice a decrease in climb performance.

Your airspeed will probably increase due to the fact that your 10x6 prop will spin much higher revs than the 11x6 prop.

Personally, I rather use a 10x7 or a 11x5 prop with a .46 engine.

I like 10 inch props on .46. I would think you would loose performance in every aspect with an 11.
