Hi Gary. Welcome to RCU. Yes, this site is one of the best parts of the hobby. I'm a native son of Weatherford. Do you know Chip Morrison? He's a member here and also from your town.

Thanks all, Tim, the name sounds familier. How long ago did you live here? I was born ( or hatched) here. RCKen, I sent you a e-mail, did you get it?

Gary, I was born there but lived in the sprawling metropolis of Poolville. This was back in the 40's and 50's. What are your RC interests?

Gary, lest we get yelled at, I'll PM you an answer. Using RCU as a chat room is frowned on. Where is your airstrip in Weatherford and what are your RC interests?

Started with the Super Cub and now Have 3 60" Nitro Trainers An Mini Edge 350 A suped up Super Cub with a Typhone motor I mounted and am building me a Super Chipmunk. I will try to refrain from flying it for lack of knowledge lol. I am looking for a Carb 7-B for a OS Max 60 SR Broke it when I landed my Trainer thru the roof of a guys car. Fixed his car but can't seem to find that Carb have tried JT"S in Ft. Worth but they said it was discontinued. Any help would be appreciated. Fine motor just needs the carb replaced.

Texas (Baja Oklahoma) is situated perfectly to prevent Oklahoma from bordering Mexico. The movie "Brokeback Mountain" couldn't have possibly been filmed here because there aint no mountains here except maybe towards El Paso which is really in Baja New Mexico.
