Default Creating stickers from DVD/CD label

Hi.

I created some stickers for my Venture 60 kit using DVD/CD labels. I plan on coating them with clear dope and then place them on the monokote covering of the fuselage. Anyone tried this? Will they stay attached?

The glue used on DVD labels dissolves with even a hint of flow fuel.

Since you obviously have a color printer, try the available decal sheets which work much better.

Do a search for "make decals" or some other similiar term here, and you'll turn up entire threads on this and also available graphic files that you can print for your planes.

Cheap source for the decal paper is e bay. There is a lady on there that sells five sheet packs for a reasonable price. Cover them with clear nail polish.
