I have an asp 46 early to mid 90's that needs o-rings for carb where can I find a spec page ?

Engine should be virtually identical to a Magnum .46 of the same time period. You should be able to find suitable replacement parts at http://www.hobbypeople.net Just look for XL series replacement parts rather than XLS series and you should be set.
