Don't know where the numbers are coming from but I outfitted a Twist 3D 40 with an equivalent electric system for 184 bucks. Been flying it for a yr. now. Same performance as a buddys OS 46 Twist. You'd have to take off the $90.00 price for the batts. as thats what would cost for a yr.s + for how many gallons of glow fuel. I just got through putting together for him a Twist 150 with a 2000 watt motor for under $400. bucks, there again, including the batt.
