No offence, english sounds a little rough so I will keep it simple.
If it has been 4 yrs, I would take the plug out, and pour a little fuel in it and also down the carurettor, and shake it a little so that all the fuel lossens up any gunk inside, and then pour as much of it out as you can. this frees the engine up some and helps clean it out and gets oil down in the berrings and crevises.
Im not sure about the prop to use on it but get a prop and prime it up, and flip it over, an engine like thant shouldnt be too hard to get going.
sorry no one answered the post ,,, there seems to be smoe issue with folks that they feel that some answers are too easy and they deciede they wont help.... hope i helped

I would have gladly helped, but I couldn't figure out what he was asking. Wasn't sure if he was buying an older engine, starting or cleaning one he hadn't run in a while, or if he couldn't get it to start and needed help with why?
As for prop, a 10x6 should work well.

Mucha suerte y buenos vuelos!!!!

If the prop is turning tight, put a few drops of after run oil in the glow plug hole and turn over the prop. I just started mine after a year in the closet....it started on the first try. Just make sure your glow plug and glow driver are in good shape and are producing a lot of heat.
