Here is my trainer, I built it from scratch, very stable, powered by an old but new os .35 FP. I learned in a Hangar 9 Arrow which I enjoy much flying!

$200. with engine, and servos. no Rx.
Gave 1/2 today, was from a good friend. Believe it or not I brought the plane home in my SMALL 2 door MITS. Mirage.
It even has a hatch on the bottom with an extra servo for drop chutes.

Here's my newer vmar discovery. Had one along time ago as my first plane but, my instructor did that one in. 5 years later I liked it so much I decided to get another one to start float flying with. This is powered by an old never used OS 50 max and uses Hitec gear. I hope to maiden it in a couple of weeks.

It's nice to see how proud all these guys are of what in most cases is their first plane, wouldn't you agree?

The venerable Sig Kadet LT-40 (kit). Thunder Tiger 46 Pro. About 40 flights so far. Last one was a bit eventful - the servo tray came loose and was sliding fore and aft. Give it high throttle and you'd get unwanted rudder and elevator mixed in. Managed to save it tho... Now getting a retro fit of dural plastic main gear and slightly longer nosegear. Really, really nice, forgiving trainer yet it'll loop, roll and fly inverted.

Well I was finally able to get the image uploaded of my Falcon III trainer. I personally like to build as much as fly because I want a plane that I can call mine. So their not all the same handfull of ARFs. Some of us have more time on their hands than others and are able to have something a little different. At least I can finally get up and down in one piece and that I am proud of.

Here's my old trainer, CG Eagle II (kit). She still alive and well. Floats are a great way to spring new life into an old plane...

Couldnt resist adding pics to our trainer, we first saw this plane nose down in a field after it was crashed by its previous owner. We rebuilt it and have been having a blast playing with it. We got some ideas and made a glider cradle for it and carry a glider aloft with it. Next we made a pod to drop baby powder filled plastic easter eggs with it, wow, do they look cool hitting the runway. We have also dropped water ballons, and parachutes. Now I am working on a bigger pod so I can carry and unfurl inflight a welcome banner at our upcoming open house. We are also going to try dropping golf balls, super balls, snap-n-pops. The orange thing is the bubble maker that I am going to adapt. I am in the process of making a bubble machine to hang under it. I also want to take a roll of toilet paper up high and release it, I have heard it is quite a sight as it unrolls. Any other ideas?

lol cool setup. It'd be awesome flying over houses or people and dropping water bombs on them. Soon, i'll post some pictures of my new Hobbico Avistar that I just recently put together. Its maiden flight is this Saturday or Sunday. Cant wait to get this thing in the air, I heard it was an excellent flyer. Will see...
