Default Acros with my plane

I have a Super Stick 60 and trying to learn new stuff...I was trying to prop hang and am having trouble with it...I am also trying to knife edge and can't seem to get that going either....Is this just lack of expeirence or plane or combo of both??? I will tell you I have an OS 75 and there
is no problem with power at all it has more than it needs....

Thanks

Practice is the most important item. I would say prop is the next important thing because the prop to fly fast is not the prop to hang and last I would say control throws and how large the surface is. When the plane is flying slow the throws will be triple of normal for them to get the leverage; that is why 3D pilots use lots of expo and the duel rate switches to stitch between the sensitivities. The best hover guy I have ever seen learned on a big stick and it was much more fun to watch him do it with that plane than his profiles and gassers.

I had one of the for several years.

It is too heavy to hang on the prop and knife edge is not the forte of a stick type plane

Get a 3D plane and practice

What would be a good entry plane into 3D..? I am interested in something that flies stable, takes off and lands fairly slow but that can do 3D....

Thanks

You Super Stick will Do the pattern. You need to fly it trying to do what you can until you wear it out

Those are the two i have been looking at...Do you think the OS 55 would be ok on either one of those...?
The reason I am asking is I allready have one.

Thanks

It takes a while to feel comfortable doing a knife edge. Practice it 10-20 times each flight. Eventually you will be able to do the complete flight pattern around the field in knife edge. Then you have arrived. Now try it in the other direction.
