Hi bbrown2828
If the flight pack is "ON", no charging can take place.

Well your title is saying you cant charge the rx , but your story is saying you cant charge the tx?..the rx is not chargable but the battery is..the tx shouldnt need a charge unless you have used it all day long...?...so which is it?...Rog

Technically, you don't charge the transmitter nor the receiver. You charge their batter packs.

Try removing the battery pack from the TX or disconnect the receiver pack from the receiver and try charging them directly. If that does not work, then I would check out the charger to make sure it's working properly.. fuse opened or something maybe?

you need use a special charger, i will suggest the Futaba charger to charger your Futaba battery.
the Futaba CR-2000 or CR-2500 is a best choose.
i buy a CR-2000 charger from rcecho on May.itry to chargemy JRand Futaba transmitter battery. everything is ok.
