You should still find the problem.
It may do it again and next time
it maybe while your flying.

I lost a Tribute 36 on a maiden flight when I gave up trying to find the problem with a range check. I got it to pass so I took off without finding the problem. I was having problems with the rudder stopping working at a certain distance. I thought -heck I can fly without a rudder if I have to. After I picked up the pieces and did an autopsy I found it wasn't the rudder at all..it was an aileron servo shorting out and it would reset the reciever. What sucked was it was a PNP and the servos were preinstalled. The air is a terrible place to test for electronics problems.- BW

As it is working now, I am not sure how to find the problem.
Should i keep testing it before flying till it goes dead again ??

Just work the throttle and servos through a fully charged battery or two. If you have no problems then try it. Make sure you do a range check. It is possible that your throttle wasn't all the way to idle..or the trims were set too high.-BW
