Since it's brand new you need to break the motor in. (look in your manual which should tell you the recomended procedure) wats happening is the piston is getting lock from too much pressure and stuff. just take the glow plug out with a nut driver, let the fuel get out by pulling the chord a couple times and for a while, spray wd-40 in the engine and pull on the chord for pretty good long time to help wear it in a bit. then put the glow plug back in and try again, repeat if needed.

if your pull start is hard to pull your engine is flooded (too many fuel inside the engine)
is your glowstick charger?
check if your glow plug is glowing

communicating here is too slow and frustrating for you and us, go the the lhs or find a friend who has done this before. trying to explain the basics is the hardest part, the complicated stuff is easy.

I think your problem is that your either priming the engine so much that your flooding it or not enough that it can't stay running. Three words: READ THE MANUAL.
