hi,
kit was $49, and i recommend www.*********.com.au for anyparts you need. are you in sydney? cause they also have a store, which is where i go. and its even cheaper again to go to the store. they are the cheapest for anything that i have found.
with acceleration, i got significant improvement, however i am still unhappy with acceleration. my mates HPI RS4 is still getting up quicker than me, so i am considering buying the CTS tuned exhaust, which i hear gives it more horse across the entire RPM range. you lose about 12-15 km/h top end? one thing you need to buy separate from the kit is a 10mm pin. you will find that when you replace the front drive pulley, that the existing pin is too long.
if this doesn't work i might even get the new cen turbo motor? bit of a waste of money, yes. i know. but boys will be boys.
another thing you might like to know about, if you want your car to look good, and be able to drive it at night (now its winter) after work or whatever, i have just installed LED headlights, brakelights and undercar lights on my lambo gallardo shell. anyway, let us know if you want more info.
hope this helps.

thanks mate, did the kit include 2 16t pulleys, and new front and rear drive belts?
also, with my new car, the side drive belt stripped after 6 tanks. so then i replaced it $27, and got the tensioner kit $35, to try an resolve the belt stripping, and the belt stripped again, only after 2 tanks, i cant afford to keep replacing them... is anyone else having, or had this problem, or know how to fix it??
thanks
chris

I have installed the kit along with going through the Engine Exchange with CEN. I purchased the new Turbo 2.5, with this motor you gain back the 10 - 12 mph that you lose with the kit and maybe gain additional mph.

yes the original Big Block 15 motor is only 33,000 rpm with the Turbo 2.5 you jumping up 37,000 RPM @ 1.8hp so your putting back what you lost and then some.
forgot to add you can't get this motor in pull start.
