I have been looking for a heat sink head for my mt2 and can't find one. Can somebody tell me where I could find one? That would be alot of help, B/c I live where it is hott most of the time. Also I was wondering if anybody knew how I could raise my mt2's ground clearance. I lifted the ground clearance a bit by ajusting shocks. But when I go out for a spin the dogbone drive shafts fly off. Like there not long enough to handle the extra ground clearance. Can you help me? Maby tell me where I could find longer dogbone drive shafts? Also, Has anybody been able to put t-maxx wheels on there mt2? If so Can you please help me with doing it? I would like to add some big t-maxx tires to jack it up some.

I jacked mine up a little bit with the ARO shock towers. They give you a lot more adjustment than the stock towers. But I have not had a problem with the shafts falling out. My problem has been broken diff cups. For the tmaxx wheels, you can get the ARO wheel stops, or since you are having problems with the shafts anyway, do the Swift buggy shaft conversion (compliments of Rolland). Also, you can get some new shocks. CEN makes an aluminum upgrade shock or get a set of 1/8 buggy shocks. Here are some links for you:

About jacking the FF up, better to do the shaft mod cause the shafts wont handle it jacked up too much, as for the shafts flying out try screwing your hub pivot balls in further.

ah, now that is the daddy. loads of respect for what u have done there, my meddling has given me enough headaches, ur beastie must have been much worse/harder/more fun to get to work.
dare i ask... what plans do u have for a matrix?
forgot to ask... do u have any detailed photos of the valve arrangement on ur pneumatic wheels n tyres? something like that could very well work for my beach sessions on my truck.

No detailed pics with me. I found small inner tubes on-line but don't have that info here either, can get this afternoon. Basically I just drilled a hole in the rim for the 90 degree valve stem to fit through and added lead weights to try and balance the tires. I never did get them balanced completely and I did have high speed wheel hop but it worked good enough for bashing. The cool part was being able to adjust the pressure for different situations: full of air for big jumps and hardly any air for cornering.
As for the Matrix, maybe a smaller twin or large single four stroke laying on it's side. The cooling would be more of a problem to fix with the engine being so low. hmmm, Maybe two rotory engines..
