Hi all,
A couple of weeks ago I bought a factory new CEN Genesis LE RTR. After engine break-in, was clear that the model could not shift to third gear. So I tried to loose the third gear (internal) clutch adjusting screws. One was turned out by 5 and 1/2 turns from all the way down (instead of 7 and 1/2) the other screw (the black one) could not be loosen, it was completely blocked and I ended up stripping the recess on the head of the screw so I cannot pull it out any more.
Also the Genesis came without one of the nuts of the shocks bolts.
I asked CEN ([email protected] ) if I could have replacement parts (clutch shoes, screws springs and nuts) but I had NO answer.
Is this the usual way CEN treats customer care inquires?
How much does it takes usually for them to answer?
Regards,
Simone

Hi STC,

Unfortunately my understanding of spoken american is very limited. So generally I prefer to write e-mails instead of losing time in an intercontinental call saying: "what?! Can you repeat please? Speak slowly!" :-)).
I know for sure that someone at CEN have read my e-mail (I have a return receipt). But no one replied.

>Scorpio s.r.l
I don't think they will do warranty support for products not imported by them.
This means I'll probably have to spend more money to fix a factory workmanship problem.
I hope that CEN guys will recognize the problem and send me the few (and for them substantially unexpensive) parts I need to BEGIN TO ENJOY my new Genesis.
reagards,
Simone

After all CEN customer service is not that bad; they wrote:
"hhello Simone
sorry about your problems you have been having. i will send you out a clutch for your 3rd speed. also i will send you 3mm nuts for your shocks."
It seems there had been a mail server problem as the e-mail is dated two days ago.
Now I can say I'm satisfied by the level of service and I'll continue to trust in this company.
