Two questions....... I took the rear suspension apart on my LE, there are 4 metal washers, two for the 5th shock and I can't remember where the other two came from. They are not shown in the book but I know they came out of there. Anyone know where they go? Second question..... is the upper a arm supposed to be such a tight fit? It binds the suspension... doesn't seem to bother it with the shocks on, but with them off they don't move well. It is the part of the arm that goes between the shock tower and upper bracket GS048 where the pin goes through. Any thoughts?

The two washers go under upper bracket GS0048. They fit between the bulkhead and the bracket to space the brakcet away from the bulkhead so your upper control arms don't bind. I did the exact same thing when I reassembled mine.

That is one of a few items I found that were omitted from the manual. Another being the 4mm lock nut that holds the external shift unit on the main shaft. That nut was replaced with a stub shaft that rides in bearing and bearing support that is mounted to the frame of the truck.
