Hey blackrain,
Yeah I have the same issue, I really wish cen had a universal swing shaft coming out of the tranny but a better hardened output would help. been thinking about switching to the plastic drive shafts both front and rear. however I would have to change to the genesis or gst tranny, but I like the bigger output bearings of the nemesis tranny, so...

if there the same ones from a year ago, I'd say thats pretty good life if you've been driving your truck frequently. A lot of racers I know will change their outdrives on their car after only 2-3 months of weekly club racing. And I have seen the outdrives they use, theres only a tiny groove forming and they toss them.

The center on mine have a tiny groove, but nothing major yet. Front and rear, so far so good.

I have gone thru a set on the rear(outdrive on the the trany and all three at the diff) but I have run mine for about a year..

So not bad life..I had to spend about $60 to replace them, not good!!!High wear items need to be cheaper than that..but its only money I guess I spend that on hop-ups anyway, so....

BTW Nemesis owners wait till you see the new mod I'm working on,,A hint would be, check out how smooth your brake shafts are not when useing the GST 7.7 style return spring..more on that when a couple parts arrive......

CEN will warranty the outdrives as they know that they are weak.

These items at a year will be deamed "normal wear and tear" and will not be covered under warranty

Thank you Notch, exactly my point!! Besides worn drivetrain parts 1 year old is damn good in my opinion.
