Just bought one a few min's ago.

I landed almost upside down in mud and packed alot of my fins with dirt a few days ago. I'm lucky it's been wet and nasty so the mud was some what soft, didn't bend anything and my mess didn't move. Hopeing the roll cage is worth it, got a spare set of bulk heads along with it because I read somewhere that since they attach there they tend to break.

Thanks, but does that cage make the body sit high. I say this because I cut my body mounts down to make it sit lower. I live in a skatepark so I do a lot of bashing with this truck.

I'm not one to run with the body on, that's why I'm getting the cage.

You can put use large zip ties around the top fin on cooling head ,cut off the long strap once pulled tight..It will help..
But the city roll cage is best too use..yes your body does sit higher..But if you want the best protection use a roll cage..
Learn how to control your driving better...Yes things happen flip up side down ect.. Just my 2 cents worth....

run the zip tie through small pieces of fuel line for a little better protection also...
