Default should I feel justified

Recently on CEN's web forum they have told a member that I had been banned from RCU. Here's the link
http://www.cenforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=705
If that were true would I be posting here now. All this because I feel they have poor customer service, and that they don't want to handle my complaint. You make the call ppl.

E-mail is worthless imo. I got no answer twice. Called once and got my problem taken care of.
I had the receiver go bad during a run. WOT into a truck. I left it in their court if they would take care of the parts too since it was an electronic failure. They didn't, which is to be expected since it isn't covered in the warranty.

Not sure why my e-mail would be under their no reply guidelines. I was very nice and stuck to the facts. They definitely need a revamp of their e-mail customer service or need to update the website and remove the address, so people don't waste their time. From what I can tell their customer service will do only what is necessary (as per warranty) and I don't think your complaint with them is something they will honor. Unless your contacting [email protected] and will be giving them money too

Basically their warranty is just about worthless its your word against theirs and they are only gonna rule in their favor.

Well reading over the thread, it seems CEN did as much as they can to help you. Replying to emails is a tough thing to do with everyone being busy, and emails being dumped in. I also think calling them is the best idea. Sorry if you were having problems firebird.
BTW, Ruune will help you in every way he can..just PM him.

That's just it chrobar, they have done nothin. I started a post when the issue first started and got no response, except for the one which I felt was rude and insulting. Just look for the other threads on the issue. Also go to the vehicle specific forums you will see that I am not the only one that has the very same issue. I know Derrick05 here at RCU has also had the same issue, and I'm sure that he that he was cool with them until they threw it in his face that it was his fault and not a problem with the car. Now CEN's final response is that the car is five months old, well hell yeah it is now since you haven't responded to my problem for over three months now.

Well wouldn't you know CEN has removed everyone of my post from their forum. Why? because I have been critical of their customer service and the lack their of. They claim they have already tried to help me when this is not true, they did not respond to a single one of my post on the issue that I am having. It wasn't until I called that they addressed the issue, and then they said well its five months old so we can not help. But this issue has been going on for three months now. So now you see how they work.

Firebird, I have tried to help you too, and found that you could not focus enough to complete the tasks. I would be more than happy to help you and get your issue resolved. But it might take some time.

I would assume CEN is very tired of hearing about your issue and dont want to litter their site with complaints that go nowhere. That is their perogative, that is their site.

I would like to think that you would want to be a success story. And you really need to stop using the "other people are having the same issue" as a crutch. Others are not chiming in to back you up, that says ALOT! well except derrick of course, but he has his own issues.

I do know, that you pushed this beyond any phone calls to CEN to resolve your issue, so if you want your problem fixed, then you are stuck with here. But I can't help but feel you dont really want to fix it, but instead Flame CEN since they did not satisfy you.

People are going to get very tired of hearing about you and your issue unless you work it out to get it fixed. SO just fix it and move on. If you feel CEN is a totally horrible company with terrible Customer Service then fix your ride, sell it, trade it or trash it, then move on. Otherwise you will earn the reputation, you already have. I really dont think you have much room to work with CEN at this point, so I would call it done for you.

SO, with that said, why dont we try to get your problem resolved. I spent some time to help you but it never was completed since you continued to complain and totally killed your chances for CEN's support.

The thread does not need a lock, in my opinion, and this forum is not going anywhere for the foreseeable future.

Despite the fact that these problems are well known, both Firebird and Derrick have legitimate ongoing issues with CEN and hopefully Dogman and other members can help with getting these issues resolved as far as repairs are concerned. That way we can put the subject behind us and have some fun [sm=thumbs_up.gif]

As for problems with CEN's own forums, we can leave that out from here forward. It is not necessary to continue remarking as the subject is also well known and there will not likely be a resolution here.

Thank you. Finally someone with some sense.Ever heard the saying, let a sleeping dog lie? These guys need to pay attention to that.I have been done with these issues,my magnum is in the trash and I have accepted the fact that cen isnt going to do anything and every chance I get to stop someone from buying a nx truck,I will do it.Lock the thread, delete it or whatever,I dont care one bit.I wouldnt be here now,as I was minding my own buisness TRD and Mentos called my name out on this thread.I wasnt going to post here or anything, but here they go calling my name out.Sure is nice to live rent free inside someones head93,do like I did and buy a real truck. The only cen trucks that are anygood are the genesis/nemesis.All of their smaller trucks are crap.If you want a good 1:10 scale,go traxxas.NOMOBUX pick up your pom-poms and quit crying. Thanks Mentos and TRD for keeping me inside your heads,I will stay there as long as you allow. Thanks also for keeping my arguement going. You guys speak for me when youre nowhere near my mind.I know you dont like this but TRD started this by calling my name out on this thread,so here we go[>:]

Well TRD I had not heard anything from you in a while, so I figured you were just off the case all together, I'm not quite sure what you mean about me not following up on it and completing the task, I took pictures and put them in the other thread, but it seems to have dissapeared. I like derrick feel that the products do not live up to their hype, nor does the service. Remember the old adage that a satisfied customer will tell one or two of his friends but a unsatisfied customer will tell ten, well this is the computer age and we can now reach thousands if not millions.

In the same paragraph, and a bit contradictory. Well, I suppose nomobux was correct to state that this would not work.

I sit corrected.
