Default Need Webra 50 muffler

Lost the rear half of the Webra muffler on my Webra 50 GT today[&o]-I think the 50 is built on the Webra 40 case.
Any of you guys have a spare or even the back half???

Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim

As Webra is gone parts are next to impossible to get.

You could see if you can find a after market "Snuffler" insert that will fit into the front half, you could see if another brand muffler will fit.
There were alot of after market strap-on mufflers that may also fit, also Mac's may have a tuned Pipe set that will fit, would cost more but
there would be a fun factor

Yeah-too bad we lost Webra. Had not thought about the Snuffler option, thanks!

Hi. Just in case you didn't solve your problem, yet, I've been using with very good results the modern 40-45-51 Supertigre Muffler on my Webra 50. With a minor holes enlargment (even if I hate to enlarge the holes!) the muffler adapter can be bolted to the Webra, and then you also have the possibility to rotate the muffler at your liking.
Give it a try, there are a lot of Supertigre mufflers around!

Actuall have a few of them myself and had given that some thought. Do you know if the ST 40 muff is any smaller than the 51 muff?

Jim,

Dub Jett had an adapter that fits a Jett muffler to my old Webra Speed .61. He may have a smaller adapter to fit the .55 size muffler to your engine. Doesn't hurt to ask. He answers the phone himself.

I have one. Let me know if you still need it. I usually use a macs header with mousse can pipe or tune pipe, or use a jett muffler or anything else. the webra muffler doesn't really muffle it and robs power as well. If you still want it however let me know...it's never been used.
