Question about mecoa.com

Has anyone bought engines from mecoa.com? They carry a lot of neat stuff but I don't know anyone with experience of their products. Anyone know about them?
They claim to be about to reintroduce the venerable Fox .35 Stunt engine: https://www.mecoa.biz/shopexd.asp?id=5488

My Feedback: (18)

I have placed several orders from them over the years and have never had a problem. However, I have not bought an engine from them, just parts & so forth. Personally, I would not hesitate buying an engine from them either. Lately, I have been thinking of buying a K&B Sportster .28 from Mecoa and converting it to a control line engine to use on a Goldberg Shoestring.

I have an original Kraft .61, and the RJL version made by Mecoa. Can't tell them apart unless I look for the RJL insignia on the side of the case. I had a Mecoa .46 18 years ago, took time to break it in, but ran fine after. I remember they gave a $20 discount if you mailed in your wiped out engine in trade. That was a cool deal.

Well, I just thought it would be appropriate to comment on my experience with my purchase from MECOA.
All I can say is "WOW". The engines I bought (HP .61 and Fox .35) are absolutely beautiful. The HP came with a beautiful box and all the normal supplies that would be expected if this engine was purchased from the original maker: muffler with the required mounting screws and allen key, the proper foam padding in the box and all the correct documentation. The Fox engine came with a beautiful repro of the original running instructions.
Plus, the delivery included a nice MECOA hat.
The ngines are absolutely beautiful. If they run even half as good as they look, then I will be more than satisfied.
