Has anyone done any business with Laser Lizard cutting? I found the guy on the "where to find what you want" post yet he has proven to be very elusive to get a hold of. I sent him a copy of my old Veco Renagade and it might be too small a job for him to putz with; he has some quite elaboate AC on his website. Does anyone have any other cutters that they have dealt with and you would reccomend?
Thanks

I have personally worked only with the first, I have no reservations about recommending him.

For something as simple as the Renegade, I think I'd just make a 1/8" ply rib template and cut them myself since there's less than a dozen in the thing anyway. Dup the plans at a copy shop and cut up the copy to make templates from.

You could try doing it yourself - especially if it's a rather small/simple job.
I scan the drawing, use a friend's CorelDraw to convert the scan from ruster to vector, and then take the file to a place where they do laser cutting and engraving of non-model related stuff.
Cheap, easy, quick. Pics show some parts I had cut this way.
