A wingspan ,and ,length,of your models ,would be nice to know too...
I have edited the posts Dave, just for you

I forget the span of the Mathis Coyote, but it used an old OS 40.

Dinky = cute, toylike.

Thanks for the Edits Luke ..Heres my Dinky ,Toy like, and, CUTE,contribution to the thread .Not sure if you guys will recognize the plane or not .It`s a Cadet,(spelling is correct).Designed, by our favorite Moderator..It`s supposed to have a 1/4"plank fuse, but ,I can`t leave, well enough alone,and, built up the fuse,and sheeted it in with 1/32"balsa .I built this for my nephews ,but ,it has not been proven, to fly ,,,,YET.. I posted the weight somewhere,but can`t remember ,what it was(light).The designer was impressed ,anyways.I`ll look to see, if I can find what she weighed..It`ll will be maidened, as soon as ,I can get the Kids ,and weather ,to all co-operate,and come together,at the same time..I`m trying to get the Kids addicted/envolved, to this modelling stuff,C/L and R/C..I`ve started to enjoy, the building from drawings,aspect of the hobby,and want to stay away ,from the kit aspect.Enjoy your sport, Guys, and Gals too..Dave B.

Dave, looks too good for a trainer. Let us know when it flies.

The EconoHawk by J Widener from Flying models, 20 inch span. I can't remember which issue of Flying Models however, it was a free full sized plan. I built one of these some time ago and trained 6 people with it, a very good little trainer. I went to find it two weeks ago and it's gone, so here is the replacement. Cox Babe Bee with Kavan tank extension.

As far as I know Walt is still around. You can buy his plans from him at:
Walt Musciano
133A Dell Glen
Lodi, N.J. 07644
Well, I have just received a letter from Walt along with his catalog. What a nice guy ! I will be ordering some of his plans shortly. I knew he drew a lot of plans in his time, but man, I had no idea how many. I'm stoked, he is my favorite designer. Dinky here we come!
