Default CP pro Help

I have a problem that I hope you can solve. When I am using the cyclic Input on the Tx, The blades on the heli do hot react as they should. For example, when south on the Tx cyclic control, the blades tilt hard south east. When I push north on the cyclic the blades tilt hard north west. When I pull East, the blades tilt north east. When I pull west, the blades tilt south west. The trims are centered, the swash plate is level, the pitch control linkages are even, there is now blade tracking, no paddle traking, no significant vibration, the spindale is straight. I've done as much as I know how and I cannot get the blades to tilt exactly according to the cyclic input. Any help is appreciated. Note, it will still hover and fly but it is almost impossible to control......Ben

Check your servo arms. With throttle & trim full down, and all other controls and trim centered, the servo arms should be as close to right angles off the servo as possible (left and forward servo should stick straight out to the left, right servo to the right). It sounds like your control throws are off, which is what will happen if the servo arms aren't centered. Make sure you re-level your swashplate if you adjust the servo arms.

I'd bet you have a servo with stripped gears.

With the motor unplugged, move the throttle up and down full swing slowly about 10 times. Did the swashplate stay level each time? Now put a bit of stress on the head and do it again. Did the swashplate stay level? If the answer is no, then you probably have stripped a gear.

you said you were new to the heli game. the blade cp pro is very hard for a beginner to fly. it is very unstable, but a lot of fun once you get the hang of it. the problem you describe, i don't think is a problem at all. i have the VNR3d, and it is the same size, and equally unstable. i noticed that my heli acted the same way yours did on the ground, and i thought it was doing it in the air as well, and that was making it super hard to fly. not the case, apparently it only does this on the ground, once it gets in the air, it behaves properly. it took an experienced pilot to fly it and show me that it was just a very hard heli to fly. i spent weeks trying to track down what i thought was a problem, and turned out to be nothing. i know it can be very frustrating at first, but if you stick with it, it should get easier over time. you could also get a sim, or try radds school of rotary flight, it's very good so i hear as long as you stick with it the way he says to. good luck, and happy flying! peace.

I am new, but have learnt to fly pretty quick. I have a Real flight simulator and have had my blade up several times. Granted I am only at the hover(3ft) and tail in movement stage. This problem was not there when I first started to fly this heli, it deveoped after a blade hit. When I mentioned in my post that it tilts hard, it tilts so aggressivly on the wrong axis that it will tip over the heli(even with training gear) with only slight cyclic input. And Yes, I know I jumped the Gun by started with collective pitch, but I'm always up for a challenge. Thank you for your input Bugzilla..always appreciated.

Ben9555,

Here's a quick test to see if all the servos are working properly, and moving in the right direction.

Unplugg the main and tail motors. Turn on TX. Plug battery into heli.

Move throttle stick to mid point... flip switch to idle-up. move throttle stick to full throttle, swashplate should move down and all servos moving down, check the servo horns.

Move throttle stick all the way down, swashplate should move up and check servos again.

I'm thinking that you may have a reversing switch in the wrong position on the TX.
