a couple of things...check for a level swashplate...then once that is level, you should be ok or close to ok... if you are only close to ok, then check the balance of the heli. the battery tray offers a little bit of forward/backward weight distribution. its most likely your swashplate.

I have my swashplate slightly tilted forward for a more level attitude in hovering. It also helps when you're flying around...less input on the forward cyclic and easier to keep in motion. Just like quattro mentioned check the swashplate and you can also check the servo arms to make sure they're perpendicular to the ground when you arm the heli. Good luck and hope things work out.
