I haven't read all 34 pages of this thread...my question is, has anyone found a source for new main rotor motors. Mine has died, or could also be the circuit board perhaps? I've bought a new Picoo Z, but I'd like to get the other one flying again if possible.

Here's the wing mod I did to mine.
Made it a much smoother flyer, forward flight speed when up and turns are great.
I'll have to run it through a few charges to see if it affected flight time, no difference so far.

PrkFlyRic: nice looking mod! Are those new "winglets" made of styrofoam like the body? How did you attach those to the body? I'd like to try out that mod.

I made a paper pattern of the nose and traced it on to a foam dinner plate.
The foam dinner plate is attached with foam safe CA glue.
Works pretty good.

Over seas it's called Picco-Z and in the sates it's called the Air Hogs Havoc.
Silverlit, (China) is the maker of both and Spinmaster, (Canada), is the distributer in North America.
I just wish Silverlit made all the Air Hogs planes, some are made by another company that uses a different foam that breaks....

Oh yea!, the Aero Ace; biplane, single wing, and jet, also the Havoc heli are all in my stable.
Next week I'm going to KB Toys to get a Power Hawk. The Aero Soar I ordered online and should be here Monday.
There's threads for each, Aero Ace/X-Twin, Havoc/Picco-Z, Aero Soar and Power Hawk.
Here's the Aero Ace thread, all 197 pages. [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_3368184/tm.htm]AeroAce[/link]
And there's a couple different threads just for all the modification people are doing.
Just do a search for whichever model. You should see what's being done to the Hawk. [link=http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=649391&highlight=power+hawk]Aero Hawk[/link]

RE: PiccoZ Micro R/C heli
its the air hogs from toys r us its not very old just got it yesturday cause my other one had problems and never could really get it to fly good. this one flys great right out of the box just not very long. whats the best way to get the longest charge from this battery? wear it down so it low then charge it or just charge it when it doesnt have enough power to keep flight? i know now to drain it all the way down since its a lipo and that can destroy one.

I guessing it's an Aero Ace Bi-plane.
Make sure you're using new batteries in the transmiter.
I get about ten minutes flight out of all my Aero Ace's.
The Aero Soar indoor plane is only supposed to last about 40-50 secounds though.
If it's less than a month old and the tx batteries are good I'd take it back.
There are bad ones out there, look on the box to get chennal "B" or "C", channel "A" is supposed to have radio problems.

In the transmitter?
Yea, several have and some have said they lost a minute or so of flight time but most have had no problems as long as they keep them charged.

Ahh, the Havoc.
I get close to ten minutes out of mine.
Fly it/recharge it a couple of days and and if flight times don't go up take it back.
I think TRU gives 45 days without the $5 extended service plan.
I fly mine until it won't lift off then recharge it.
I've been on the same energizers about 40-45 flights, just to lazy to change them.

I got mine at Wal-mart.
I still get more than 6 minutes, have since I brought it home.
Don't know why, and I'm not talking the time spent on the ground, flight time.
