I think you can't go wrong with the vice-champion Roland Matt's setup: Hacker C50XL, Hacker 90 Opto, Thunder Power 10S4P 5300 mAh. Prop would be 21x13 or 22x12.

Of course, it will work with all the latest setups, as well (NEU motors, Plettenbergs, Axis, ...).

That is correct, especially for the TP balancer (10S at once), a perfect match for the TP batteries. On the chargers there aren't any favourites: look around in these forums and pick one that suits you and your wallet (after motor/esc/cells/balancers there won't be much dough left.... )

I have an Orbit Microlader and 2x Hyperion LBA10s-networked balancers, very happy with this setup.

If you are using the TP batteries and balancers, then I would recommend the TP charger as well.
There is a communications cable connecting the balancer to the charger, and this system will prevent the charger from starting the charge if it is set for the wrong cell count. (Mismatch between the cell number set on the charger, and the number of cells that the balancer detects.) There will also be other safety features, such as stopping the charge if the balancer sees more than 4.24V in any of the cells. This will not work if you use a different charger.

I would suggest 13XL with Schulze 32.80KA ESC and APC 20x13 or Mezjik 20x12W carb. I used this setup on my Oxai Pinnacle-E. It gives you more clearance for the prop and the new Schulze gave you proportional break on downline.
