Default QUERY!

I have finally fixed my thrust problem on my reach whirlwind although im still not getting enough power. While I was building it I put some wires in the wrong way and the battery started to blow up and smoke along with the esc smoking, also the motor turned slowly, i think my power problem is related to this, which part do you think is wasted, engine/gearbox, esc, battery
post back any ideas on how to fix this or what i need to buy. note the battery esc and motor all came as a pack so its not to do with wrong setup, alsoit was the wire going from the esc to the battery that i put in the wrong way!!! please post your ideas on what i should do next here thnx!

I've been down this road before myself... Happens to everyone at some point. Anything that smoked will need to be replaced.

Your wires should be color coded on the ESC with RED as the "+" and Black as the "-" terminal. If there are different colors, look on the circuit board and it should show "+" and "-". I don't know any other way for you to do it, if it is not in your instruction sheet.

Good luck!
